  "My  wife and I have been renting a lovely home managed by Roman and his  team for almost two years now and I can honestly say that I have never  had a better experience as a renter. Due to moving many times throughout  my career as a Ship’s Officer, I have had my share of rental disasters,  from misleading advertising, poorly maintained properties, to dishonest  and inconsiderate landlords. Prior to moving in, we conducted a home  inspection and we found a number of minor items requiring resolution. I  was pleasantly surprised to find that all items were rectified before we  moved in! Since then, we have enjoyed the property immensely. In fact,  we like it better than we thought we would when we moved in!
